• We discuss your vocal needs and set a time to record.
  
• You email or fax your script, including the following information:

Character specs, or how you want the voiceover to sound. Preferred format: mp3, wav, aif, or audio cd. Method of delivery: ftp/email attachment, Fedex, UPS, USPS. Deadline: Date and time your project must be completed. Billing and/or shipping address.

• Brian records several takes for your approval or you may direct him via phone patch (ISDN services available as well).
  
• An invoice is sent to you by mail or email and you send a check (within 30 days, please).

Rates/Fees

Rates are based upon the size and type of project. Brian offers non-union rates for broadcast, non-broadcast, web, telephony, and other applications. Call or email bcapshaw@gmail.com to discuss your particular needs.

Voice acting, like all art forms, however, is subjective. If you are not happy with the results—there is no charge. Just don’t use the audio files, please.
